S.E.E.D. Planning Groups Client Relationship Summary Report (CRS)

May 28, 2020

No industry jargon, easy to read helpful guidance about what’s important.

Form CRS, also known as a Client Relationship Summary, contains important information that you should consider before you hire the services of aadviser or investment broker. Choosing to work with a financial professional is an important decision and since there are many types of them, you should understand how they differ in services and compensation.

Beginning in the summer of 2020, all advisors and brokers are required to deliver this summary to you, prior to accepting your business. The summary is required to be written in plain English (no industry jargon), is limited to between 2 or 4 pages (easy to read), offers talking points and things that you should consider (helpful guidance), and describes the types of services the firm offers, the fees, costs, conflicts of interest, and required standard of conduct associated with those services, whether the firm and its financial professionals have reportable legal or disciplinary history, and how to get more information about the firm (what’s important)

Reading S.E.E.D.’s Form CRS can help you decide if we are the right financial advisor and/or investment fiduciary for you. If you have any questions or need any clarification regarding S.E.E.D.’s Client Relationship Summary, please contact us at info@SEEDpg.com or call 607-217-5091.
