Statement Of Purpose

Account/Portfolio Objective

You will be asked to provide a statement in your own words describing the

purpose of your account(s)/portfolio and your expectations.

Investment Review Process

Assign a risk level to the account/portfolio

We review your portfolio and assign a risk level according to the expected long-term risk and return profile. Risk levels are Speculative, Aggressive, Balanced Aggressive, Balanced, Balanced Conservative, Conservative, Principal Focused.

This helps you compare your overall expectations to your real situation.

Mutual Funds and ETFs: Identify peer-group ratings for performance and fund management

We review your Mutual Funds and ETFs and provide a peer-group comparison for performance and fund management.

This helps you make a comparison between investment options of similar risk.

Individual Securities: Assign a price to value as overpriced, fair priced, or underpriced

We review your individual securities and provide you guidance as to whether each one is over, under, or fair priced.

This helps you identify investment and risk management opportunities.

Benchmarking Performance & Things to Consider

We will look back in history and compare how your account(s)/portfolio would have performed over history compared to other similar options. We will also, as appropriate, give you things to consider looking forward.

This will help you understand the relationship between the risk that you are taking and the return that you are making.

Benchmarking Fees & Things to Consider

We will compare your investment fees and commissions with other comparable options.

This will help you gain an understanding of the value you receive in return for the fees that you pay.

Account/Portfolio Assessment

We will provide you with an overall opinion on whether your account/portfolio will meet your stated objective, along with the key areas that you should address (if any).

This will help you understand what to do next.

This program starts at $200 but could be up to $600 depending on the number of accounts reviewed and the complexity of the investment holdings. Your service agreement will include the final cost before proceeding.
