October 2024 – Binghamton, NY – S.E.E.D. Planning Group proudly announces that Todd Wilcox has joined the firm as Chief Compliance Officer in their Binghamton office. He will play a vital role in executing S.E.E.D.’s compliance program across the entire firm. 

Before joining S.E.E.D., Todd served as a Wealth Management Compliance Officer for NBT in the trust Department and as Chief Compliance Officer for NBT Capital Management for ten years.    

Todd earned his BS in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance from SUNY Cortland.
