April 2024 – S.E.E.D. Planning Group proudly announces that Mae Tichenor, Administrative Coordinator, has been awarded S.E.E.D.’s 2023 Good Karma Person of the Year Award. 

‘Good Karma’ is the S.E.E.D.’s ‘way of life’ that encourages employees to think of others above self. This could take the form of serving, sending correspondence, or intentionally making colleagues and clients feel special.  

The 2023 Good Karma Person of the Year Award is awarded to a S.E.E.D. employee who consistently goes above and beyond to perform these impactful acts. They also demonstrate originality and initiative with their acts and serve as a role model for others.  

Voted on by S.E.E.D. staff, Mae’s impact on clients and her colleagues was impactful and heartfelt.
